When it comes to events, 2023 was a record-breaking year for us. We’re keen to keep this momentum going, leveraging both virtual and in-person opportunities to grow our networks and meet with people like you! Just last month, our Research Director, Oliver Lewis, shared insights on the power of semiotics and cultural research in addressing branding and communication challenges at MRS’s online event. And with our calendar quickly filling up, we look forward to engaging in more industry dialogues and conferences, sharing details as they unfold.
A highlight in the social listening community was the recent Social Intelligence Lab’s Insider 50, where the 2024 winners were announced (we can’t believe a year has passed since the last round!). We’re happy to announce that our CEO, Jackie Cuyvers, has once again been recognised, this time in the Insightful Innovator category, marking her third consecutive win and securing her place in the new SI Insider 50 Hall of Fame.
