Jackie is a Social Intelligence professional, with over 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy, Engagement and Analysis. She lives in London UK and has international experience, working on global Social Intelligence projects. Paul is a veteran of the SaaS technology space, serving as the commercial lead for numerous organisations, including IBM ecommerce and Visible. Oliver has 15+ years experience as a research professional, including roles as head of social insight at Carat and Synthesio. He has worked closely on social insight projects with clients such as J&J, Nestle and Abbott. With Convosphere’s many international offices and analysts residing in over 50 countries, Louise’s years of experience in International Development at John Lewis and Waitrose brings a steady hand to keeping the business organised, productive and continuously developing. Sam is a long-standing visionary and practitioner in the social media research and intelligence industry, having founded the first social media research and intelligence firm in the Asia-Pacific. With over 20 years of experience in China for the fastest, most innovative digital market in the world, Sam built strategic relationships with Fortune 500 firms as a trusted adviser, developing strong industry expertise in the auto, luxury fashion, infant and beauty categories.
