Jackie is a recognised thought leader in social intelligence and has over 20+ years experience in building insights teams and organisations. A social insights evangelist, she leads the team in developing actionable insights that deliver measurable impact. With deep domain expertise in Pharma & Life Sciences, Jackie works closely with global clients in the application of social intelligence to business strategy. Jackie has an MSc in the Social Science of the Internet from Oxford and an MBA in International Marketing.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in successfully building teams and organisations in the technology industry, initially in eCommerce and its associated eco-system and subsequently in the social intelligence world. As a trusted advisor to senior executives and management teams across industries, Paul’s experience is sought to leverage social intelligence to ensure the efficient execution of business strategy to deliver successful operational and commercial outcomes.

Oliver has 25+ years experience as a research professional, including roles as Head of Social Insight at leading agencies and tool providers. Louise leads operations at Convopshere, overseeing HR, recruitment, legal (including data protection), supplier and facilities management. With 8 global offices and 150+ analysts residing in over 50 countries, Louise’s 15 years of experience in International Development brings a steady hand to keeping the business organised, productive and continuously developing.

Emily is an industry veteran and early pioneer in social intelligence. In 2004, she commenced her digital research career at BuzzMetrics, later acquired by The Nielsen Group, forming part of its first UGC analysis team. Prior to joining Convosphere, Emily was Vice President, Social Intelligence at Ipsos, where she built the firm’s social intelligence practice in North America.
