A leading UK healthcare consulting firm, working on behalf of a pharma company, needed a comprehensive overview of how patients’ parents, caregivers and HCPs talked about RSV. Our client wanted to better understand the awareness levels and language around RSV used by these audiences to help inform future RSV campaigns. They also wanted to identify Key Online Influencers (KOIs) to highlight potential collaboration opportunities.
